- The PowerFlex cooking zone of Miele induction hobs offers the perfect solution for every situation: from individual cookware to large pots and pans. At the same time, induction hobs save considerable cooking time with an increased power output of up to 7.3 kW, providing unrivalled rapid heating.

OPERATING FUNCTION

1. Pot and pan recognition function on the cooking zone

- All you have to do is turn on the hob – if there is already a pan on the cooking zone, the corresponding control is activated automatically. So there is no need to switch on individual cooking zones manually. The size of the pan is also detected automatically to ensure particularly efficient use of energy.

2. TwinBooster function - boost for rapid heating

- With Miele's exclusive TwinBooster function, you can concentrate the power of two cooking zones into a single zone if required. Or you can adjust the induction power individually for more flexible cooking.

3. Convenient additional functions

- More cooking convenience: with the Stop & Go function, all cooking zones can be reduced to the lowest power level at the touch of a button; so you don't have to monitor the hob for short periods of time. The Keep Warm function will reheat food to serving temperature. Alternatively, you can set a timer so that the cooking zone switches off automatically when the time is up. The Recall function ensures that your settings are saved for 10 seconds.

If a cooking zone operates at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the hob, the cooking zone switches off automatically.
