II. CONTENT
Free shipping within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The number of free deliveries will depend on the signed contract. For provincial orders, shipping fees will be notified to the customer before signing the contract, and the cost will vary depending on the specific delivery location of each customer.

After signing the order, the delivery department will contact the customer to confirm the information and time of delivery and installation.

Please check the goods carefully before receiving them from the delivery person. If there are any problems related to the quality, quantity of goods, defective/damaged/wrong item/not the item requested by the customer...., please coordinate with the delivery person to make and sign a record to confirm the status and reason for refusing to receive the goods so that the company's customer service department can handle it promptly.

Specifically as follows:

  • For decorative bricks (unit of measurement is brick): Customers need to check each brick to confirm that the goods are not broken/chipped before signing for receipt.
  • For brick items calculated by m2, large quantity: customers count the box and check the code on the packaging. Customers have the right to check later and give feedback to the sales staff if there is any breakage inside the box within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the above deadline is exceeded, the company is not responsible for resolving the issue.
  • For other items, customers should open the box and check carefully before signing the receipt.
  • If there are no problems, please sign the delivery receipt, which must include the following information: Recipient, phone number, delivery address (house number, street name, ward, city), quantity of goods and condition of the received goods: complete - new - no errors.

2.1. Free services

  • Site survey and technical advice on product installation upon purchase.
  • Free product warranty for items specified as free under warranty policy.

2.2. Paid services

  • Product installation when purchasing or exchanging goods.
  • Repair and maintenance for goods that are out of warranty and/or for items not included in the list of free warranty and maintenance.
  • Replacement parts and accessories are not included in the free maintenance policy list.
