Warranty policy at Rita Võ
1. SIMMONS WARRANTY POLICY:
Simmons warrants the product in the following cases:
- Simmons pocket spring mattresses, Simmons mattress frames and Simmons bed frames come with a 10-year warranty.
- Within the first 02 years from the date of delivery, Simmons will replace or repair the Simmons mattress, Simmons mattress frame or Simmons bed frame, if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (excluding shipping costs).
- After the first 02 years from the date of delivery, the cost of replacing or repairing Simmons mattresses, Simmons mattress frames and Simmons bed frames will be calculated by multiplying the total number of years of ownership by 1/10 of the applicable price, plus shipping charges.
- If materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Simmons reserves the right to substitute equivalent materials or models and does not warrant that the replacement part will match the current model or original mattress.
*This warranty policy is only applicable to customers who purchase mattresses directly at the RITAVÕ Showrooms system.
Simmons does not warrant the following:
- Mattress creates an impression of approximately 38mm (1.5 inches) or less. (Note: Mattress creating an impression on the body is a normal phenomenon of high-end beds and shows that the mattress layers create a comfortable fit for the user's body and is not considered a manufacturing defect.)
- The sturdiness or comfort of the product.
- Mattress, mattress frame or bed frame that is soiled, burned or has been used improperly or not properly maintained (Please see care instructions), such as a mattress that does not fit a weak bed frame or a mattress that does not match the size of the bed frame.
- Mattress dimensions are within tolerance of ± 2cm in width and length.
- Mattress height/weight.
- Fabric cover, piping, mesh.
- Fold the mattress or stand or jump on the mattress.
- Handles (The handles on the mattress are designed to position the mattress only. Do not use the handles to assist in lifting the mattress)
- Simmons products are stained, soiled or damaged by insects.
- Dust and bed bugs.
- Product not sold by an authorized Simmons distributor.
- Products are sold for commercial purposes.
- The product is sold in poor condition.
- Cost of transportation, supervision, and product relocation.
Other notes:
- Please keep all trade and/or legal labels intact to identify the bed type and confirm the warranty. Simmons will not be liable for incidental damages resulting from the use of this product.

2. TURRI WARRANTY POLICY:
Turri warrants the product in the following cases:
- The product is warranted for 02 years from the date of delivery. The warranty period is calculated from the date printed on the warranty card.
- 2 year warranty commitment for goods used properly.
- The technician will check the product and if there is a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer is responsible for compensating a new product and shipping costs are completely free. The manufacturer is only responsible for manufacturing defects and product quality.
- The customer has the right to notify the seller within 02 months from the date of discovering the product defect.
* This warranty policy is only applicable to customers who purchase directly at the RITAVÕ Showroom system.
Turri does not warrant the product in the following cases:
- The warranty does not apply to cases of careless use, incorrect installation, unintentional accidents such as: falling, breakage, natural disasters, fire and in all cases where the fault is not caused by the manufacturer.
- The product is not covered by warranty if it has been repaired or if spare parts are missing without confirmation from the manufacturer. Problems caused by the shipping and import process are also not covered by warranty.

3. PRIANERA WARRANTY POLICY:
Prianera products will be warranted in the following cases:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser based on the date of purchase and is not transferable. Any request for repair must be made as soon as possible from the date of the defect within the following maximum timeframes:
- 30 days from the date of discovery of the product defect is delivered including the time for recording the product defect.
- 14 days from the date of purchase, calculated from the time the product is delivered.
The product will be inspected and a decision will be made as to whether or not the product is covered by the current warranty. Depending on the product defect, we will decide to repair or replace the product of equivalent value within a reasonable time.
Under normal environmental conditions, the product is warranted from the date of purchase as follows:
- 10 years for frame.
- 02 years for foam mattress, mechanical equipment, manual/electrical equipment, wooden parts, upholstery. After the first year, the warranty is only valid for parts that need to be replaced or repaired, excluding processing costs.

Prianera will not be warranted in the following cases:
- The product has been repaired or replaced by a non-manufacturer; not caused by a manufacturing defect or the product has been left outdoors in humid air. The manufacturer will not be responsible for warranty parts that exceed the value of the product or the value of the replacement product. During the repair and replacement process, the manufacturer may use equivalent materials of the same quality and value if the replacement product is not available.
- Natural wrinkles on the leather caused by animal scars and different color streaks on the leather are phenomena of genuine leather, not covered by the warranty policy.
- Defects on leather and fabric caused by chemicals, unsuitable detergents, fabric softeners or chemicals not recommended by the manufacturer.
- After a period of use, the foam mattress will become softer, this is not considered a material problem under the warranty policy.
- Product defects caused by pets, fire, misuse of the product, errors in cleaning, washing or caused by user carelessness.
- Defects caused by corrosive chemicals such as: acids, bleach, inks, dyes, paints, other colored liquids or products exposed to direct sunlight, other heat sources lead to color changes.
- The product is for general users, the product will not be warranted (there will be a warranty when there is a specific contract) when used for public works.
- Defects caused by misuse, force majeure or display products, repaired products not of manufacturer origin.
- Not applicable to products that have been intentionally damaged, warranty does not apply to third parties (transferable).
- Warranty does not cover shipping and packaging costs for products repaired or replaced.

4. POLIFORM WARRANTY POLICY:
Poliform warrants products in the following cases:
- The product is warranted for 02 years against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty period is calculated from the date printed on the warranty card.
- This warranty is not transferable and is valid for the original purchase only (not valid if the product is resold to a third party during the warranty period).
- Warranty is valid for repair or replacement, chargeable or free based on inspection and confirmation by Poliform or the distributor.
* This warranty policy is only applicable to customers who purchase directly at the RITAVÕ Showroom system.
Poliform does not warrant the product in the following cases:
- Natural variations such as wood color, product color changes under different lighting conditions, dimensional changes due to climate (high humidity or too dry air), wood grain, wood scars or natural wood properties are not covered by the warranty.
- Similarly with leather products, natural scars on animal skin, changes in skin tone and brightness, changes in size and creases on the product created during use are not considered warranty issues, these are considered normal characteristics of natural leather.
- In some types of leather such as aged-looking leather, vintage leather, nabuk leather, these types of leather are specially tanned to honor the most primitive features of the leather, so these types of leather are often not colored or printed with patterns. Natural stains and scars on Nubuck leather are considered natural properties of the product. With Nubuck and Vintage leather, long-term contact with the natural oils on the user's skin and hair can create light stains on the surface of the product.
- Some issues that occur due to the natural properties of the fabric are not covered by the warranty. For example: shrinkage or stretch in linen, uneven color changes due to use, creases or wrinkles in velvet and silk.
- Just like leather, fabric products will also have slight color variations compared to display or used products.
- The warranty does not apply to cases of careless use, incorrect installation, unintentional accidents such as: falling, breakage, natural disasters, fire and in all cases where the fault is not caused by the manufacturer.
- The product is not covered by the warranty if it has been repaired or if any replacement parts have been lost without confirmation from a Poliform representative. Problems caused by the shipping and import process are also not covered by the warranty.

5. COLUNEX WARRANTY POLICY:
Colunex warrants products in the following cases:
- The product is warranted for 02 years against all manufacturer defects from the date of delivery. The warranty period is calculated from the date printed on the warranty card.
- To be eligible for the warranty policy, the user must first respect, use and properly maintain the product according to the accompanying instructions.
- The technician will check and evaluate to notify the customer about whether the product is eligible for warranty or not.
- Product warranty is based on purchase invoice.
* This warranty policy is only applicable to customers who purchase directly at the RITAVÕ Showroom system.
Colunex does not warrant products in the following cases:
- The product warranty does not apply to installations not performed under Colunex's instructions or to improper use of the product.
- Colunex will apply the most updated warranty policies for the product. If any intervention is required outside the warranty policy, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and assembly costs.
- Colunex reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product.
- Providing service under the warranty does not interrupt the ongoing warranty nor does it mean that a new warranty period will begin.

6. LUX HOVO WARRANTY POLICY:
Warranty policy
• The warranty period is calculated from the date the two parties sign the acceptance and handover minutes of the goods . In case of delay in delivery and installation due to customer's fault, LUX HOVO will consider extending the warranty period depending on each specific case.
• All warranties will be provided to the customer at the delivery location stated on the Order/Sales Contract.
• If there is a problem during the warranty period, the customer is obliged to keep the product in its original condition and immediately notify LUX HOVO: by email, phone, text... Within 48 working hours of receiving the customer's notice, LUX HOVO will come to check. The warranty will be performed after LUX HOVO determines all causes of product damage from the customer's warranty requests.
• Depending on the error case, LUX HOVO will provide direct warranty, online instructions...
Warranty conditions
Products are accepted for warranty when meeting the following conditions:
• Products are manufactured, imported and officially distributed by Group Company Limited
Rita Vo or Vo Tien Dat Company Limited or LUX HOVO Group Company Limited.
• The product is still under warranty according to the warranty period regulations.
• The product has problems due to manufacturer error.
• The product must be intact, still have the warranty seal and show no signs of being opened.
• The product is not in the group of products that are not covered by warranty as prescribed.
Warranty period
All LUX HOVO products are warranted for 24 months from the date the two parties sign the goods handover minutes (For washing machines and dryers, the motor and drum will be warranted for 10 years). Cases not covered by free warranty (repairs are subject to charge):
• Damage caused by objective causes such as: natural disasters (floods/lightning strikes...), fires.
Use incorrect voltage specified.
• Use, installation, maintenance not in accordance with the instructions included with the product.
• The product has been tampered with or repaired by individuals or organizations not authorized by Rita Vo Group LLC or Vo Tien Dat LLC or LUX HOVO Group LLC.
• Product warranty expired.
• Customers arbitrarily change the design and function of the product.
• The product is not assembled or imported by Rita Vo Group LLC or Vo Tien Dat LLC or LUX HOVO Group LLC and is not distributed in the Vietnamese market.
• Normal wear and tear during operation or use of the product, case, accessories such as: power cord, remote, battery, case...

After receiving the customer's notification, LUX HOVO will guide the customer to record a video, including the following detailed information:
• Purchase information;
• Machine error;
• Serial number on the body issued by the manufacturer;
• Error code displayed on screen.
